Rawa Semolina Cookies
Valentine day is just around the corner. Celebrate the day with your loved ones with these heart shaped cookies.
Ingredients

100 gm Rawa (sooji)

100 gm self rising flour

100 gm butter
-
55 gm powdered sugar

as needed drops red food colouring
Steps

Collect all ingredients

Take a bowl and add melted butter and sugar. Beat well.

Now add flour, suji, and few drops of red food colouring. Mix well and turn into a dough

Take a cookie cutter as per your choice of shape. I’ve taken a heart shape cookie cutter. Take a small portion of the dough and use the cookie cutter to cut the cookie shapes.

Pre heat oven onto 160 degrees and bake the cookies 15-20 mins.

After 20 mins your cookies are ready

Let it cool down completely and store in airtight container. Enjoy your valentine day with yummy cookies.
