Very easy to prepare, healthy and delicious breakfast recipe from South Indian cuisine, it’s loaded with veggies and one can also top it up with cheese for your little one’s tiffin.

Prepare smooth batter using 1 cup semolina, 1/2 cup curd,1 tablespoon besan, salt and water as per thick consistency required (dosa consistency) prepare, cover it and keep aside for 20min and meanwhile cut all vegetables.
Heat a dosa pan and using a deep laddel pour batter and spread it in shape of mini dosa, add a pinch of jeera, and add chopped vegetables one by one as required, spread ghee along the outer edge.
Lower the flame and let it cook for 2-3 min, using spatula slowly try to lift the uttapam and flip it on another side, cook for another 2 min, once done take it out in a plate and serve with coconut chutney, chutney pudi or any chutney of your choice.it tastes awesome.
